Here is Turmeric Chicken Fried..
This portion serving size is for 3 pax
Okay i just make it simple for you guys.
Ingredients :
Chicken (any part you preferred) clean it and put a side
Chili ( i am a spicy person so i use a lot of chilies) this one is up to you, if you are not a chili person, the best is, don't add any chili.
1 Onion thick sliced
1 Carrot cut in length
3/4 Broccoli
6 Baby Corn cut it thick
3/4 Cauliflower
2 tablespoon of Turmeric Powder
4 tablespoon of Corn Starch
1 Egg
1 teaspoon White pepper
1 tablespoon of seasoning powder (im using Maggi Cukup Rasa)
Oil for frying process (deep fry)
Method :
1. Add on chicken, turmeric, white pepper, egg, corn starch and seasoning powder in a bowl and marinate about 1 hour.
2. Heat the oil and add in the chicken. Fry until the chicken tender. Put a side.
3. Fry chili, onion, baby corn, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower in the same oil. Then put a side.
4. Add on all the ingredients in one blow and mix it.
