Cut Off My Pink Wristband

Alhamdulillah.

This morning we went to Cheras CSC, reported our successful home quarantine and cut off our pink wristband. Everything went well.

Day 10 of Positive Covid Home Quarantine - Last Day

 بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْم

 السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

Today is Sunday and the last day of my Covid-19 Home Quarantine. The policeman came again this afternoon for checking and monitoring. Which many cases out there, people with pink wristband are went out freely, so selfish. 

My health conditions : Smells ability are back to normal, no more fever, no more flu but still having heavy cough. 

My husband are really well !!

I took this coughing syrup, i can't tell how many bottles are finished. But at least it helps relieve the cough a bit. 

So tomorrow is the day for the CSC report and pink wristband cut off day. 

My brother has finished his quarantine last two days. He already cut his pink wristband but he and my the youngest one still quarantine since i and my husband not yet finished ours.

So let see what will happen tomorrow.

Day 9 of Positive Covid Home Quarantine

Today is day 9 of my Covid 19 Home Quarantine. Not much activity today. Since my smells ability are getting better today, so i decided to train myself to smell the cloves and many other things including apple cider. Home remedy recommended by many people.

I really wanted to cook. I hope that everything go well. 

At this moment, i have really bad cough. Seriously. I am afraid that the day i need to go to CSC to cut my pink wristband, my cough worsen, so then i need to be hospitalized or something. I know its nonsense, but at this moment, i couldn't think more.

Guyss, i really need your du'aas.

Day 8 of Positive Covid Quarantine At Home

Hi. i'm back !!

Its day 8 of our Covid-19 Home Quarantine. Basically, as i mentioned in my previous entry that i lost smells sense. Which i couldn't smell anything.

So today someone sent us foods. Thank you very much.

Its a Malay-Javanese high tea. 

I noticed one thing today, there are signs of my smells ability / sense back today. But its on-off situations. I hope it will fully recover by tomorrow because we need to report our last day quarantine on 9th August and if my smells ability not recover yet, we need to extend our quarantine date and period.

Day 7 of Positive Covid Home Quarantine

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْم

It so stressful that i couldn't go out even at my front yard. Covid is real. It plays with your mind and emotion too. You need to be strong in and out to fight it.

So today, there's not much we did the whole day.

My smells ability are still bad. There is no sign to back to normal. I called CSC today to informed that my husband wrist band was broke. 

We need to inform them, its important. Or else they will compound you. 

One Police Officer came to our house today. Mr. Muthiah. He came to check us whether we quarantine our self as recommended by government. 

So then, we ordered some foods. We recite Al Quran, we pray. What make me feel sad is, our cats Babuntes & Rosales also couldn't play outdoor. Poor thing.

Day 6 of Positive Covid Home Quarantine

 بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْم

 السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

Allahu. Last night i was attacked by short breathe. I suddenly couldn't breathe properly. It just like too short and i couldn't take deep breath, tried few times. Then after few moments, i can breath deep and normal again. 

So i check my oxygen and blood pressure. Ahamdulillah everything is fine.

I cried out loud because it scared me to death. Even though i can manage to take a deep breath, still i'm scared. Guys, i have bad anxiety so i don't know this short breathe attacked came from my anxiety or this covid?? This few days i feel so lonely inside, and yesterday after i lost my smell ability it stress me more. I need someone to talk about everything, but i couldn't talk to my husband since he is not a good listener to this kind of story. Which i well aware that he is stress too at the moment.

Day 5 of Positive Covid Home Quarantine

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْم

So today my flu and my fever are gone. But i have start a bit hard cough today. So, We have lemon, oranges, coconut, vitamin C and many medicines.

I have lost my smell ability / sense today. Actually the story goes like this, last two days, my brother said he was lost his smells ability, so then i keep smelling the Minyak Cap Kapak (only can find in Malaysia), so this morning, i was shocked when i realized that i could not smell the Minyak Cap Kapak.

 What?? Is this really happened to me?? Guys, help me please !! No i aware of the symptoms. So just relax, even tho i'm not too relax at the moment i found out. Bit menggelupur you know. Use google translate for that word. Hahaha.

This is called minyak cap kapak, please google if you want to know further. I m not in the mood to explain about it. Sorry.

When i lost smell ability this morning, i think the world end, but ya, what to do, so its real, the covid is real guys, please stay safe. I also don't know how we cought this virus. 

Sometimes its play with mental also. Must strong. I also wrote some poems in my IG/whatsapp story, just to released the stress a bit. Just to share to others the feeling inside that i couldn't tell in word.

Well, i'm still okay. Send your du'as for us please. I need to stay positive here.

Day 4 of Positive Covid Home Quarantine

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْم

 السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

Alhamdulillah we don't need to go to the quarantine centre, we just need quarantine our self at home. But we do extra careful which my youngest brother alone is negative in this house.

Let me tell you a bit about home quarantine. So basically, we take turn to use bathroom. Which my youngest brother will be the 1st one and we three, can use after him. Every time we three use the bathroom, we need to spray all over the bathroom and toilet using "Dettol Spray" and my youngest brother will clean it/ disinfect after 10 minutes we used it.

Same goes to all area in the house which we will spray after we touch anything or any surface. This to prevent the virus from stick on the surface. We open the windows everyday to make sure the air circulation are good. 

We also clean our self and things we use regularly. Wearing mask in the house. We also use glove. We did not share anything with the youngest. So keep our own toiletries and cutleries in our room. We wash it in the toilet, we also keep the detergent for our use only. We make sure we did not left it in the toilet so that our youngest brother did not use it. But we already brief him what he should do and shouldn't.

All went well so far. Alhamdulillah. All of us give fully hearted and effort on this quarantine routine. We need you to send us your du'aas, may Allah ease everything. We still have 6 days to go.

Oh ya, i forgot to tell you that many friends a concerned and shared many home remedies, so i've tried my best to follow one by one and make sure that at least i can do something for me and my husband.

So here is the "Air Siraman Rahsia" from Dr. Muhaya

Using some homie herbs : 

Turmeric, Ginger, Lemongrass, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cloves and Cardamom.

Just need to put all together in the jug and pour hot water like to make a tea, and drink it. Could be refill too. So the taste, i can tell MasayaAllah. But what to do, we already knew that home remedies are always bad taste but good for health.

Confirmed Positive Covid 19 - Day 3 Home Quarantine Officially

 بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْم

 السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

This morning i have received my result through MySejahtera apps. Its confirmed that i and my husband are positive covid 19.

At the first place, a notification pup up and when i clicked, this message appeared. I was shocked and check my husband phone, and unfortunately, he received the same message. 

Our MySejahtera apps background color suddenly change to Red which is POSITIVE COVID 19

Here is the screenshot i took. Stated that i am a positive asymptomatic. 

My husband's MySejahtera apps also been updated as same status as mine.

Here as you can see they also stated the date for quarantine which start from 30th July to 8th August.

My husband's quarantine date same as mine.

 

We need to update our daily health in this apps too. Every morning we need to answer the health assessment they've provide in this apps to monitor our health in "Things to do" column.

But what confusing me is, the quarantine date and period in MySejahtera apps and the date stated on my pink wristband are different. So i called CSC and check with them. They said i need to follow what stated on my MySejahtera apps. So then, the pink wristband cut date should be 09th August 2021.

So officially today is my day 3 of positive covid 19 home quarantine.

May Allah ease everything. My current health : I still have flu, coughing, on off fever. My husband are totally good.

Casual Contact of Covid 19

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْم

 السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

So today is my day 3 quarantine unofficial since i did not get my swab test result yet. So its just a day 3 of quarantine as a closed contact to my brother. I checked my MySejahtera application (Malaysian apps which to scan QR code for places we entered and tracking also all the covid status). So then, my MySejahtera apps changed to Yellow colour, which is supposed to be blue (low risk) or Orange (Closed Contact)

here is the screenshot i took that stated i am a Casual Contact. Its really confusing, which i should be closed contact, not a casual contact. So i was wondering might be i'm not positive but i'm not yet received any result from KKM

Stated on the screen that i am a casual contact asymptomatic. My husband received the same as mine and youngest brother too. Then my youngest brother update us that his result is negative.

he is confirmed negative covid 19.

So current situation in the house is

Positive 1

Negative 1

Unknown 2

We still need to wait for KKM to update the result in our MySejahtera apps.

Swab Test Covid 19 Klinik Kesihatan Batu 14 Hulu Langat

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْم

 السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

So today is the day. Me and my husband went to Klinik Kesihatan Ampang this morning around 8:30am. 

Arrived early, which our appointment should be on 9:00am, then we registered, que and wait for our turn to be test. Right after the swab test, they put us all line up for the pink wristband (Gelang Pink), which is in Malaysia this pink wristband should be wear by a positive covid 19 patients. 

I also don't understand why we should wear the pink wristband because our result not out yet. It will take 2-3 days to get the result. 

KKM will update us through MySejahtera (the apps of covid 19 in Malaysia). So then, we can go back and wait for the result.

Tadaaaa. The pink wristband with the date. Actually the dated stated is a quarantine date. Which we need to wear it until the last date stated and we need to go to PKD (Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah) located at Kajang. The date actually followed my brother's result date (29.07.2021).

Covid Diagnose Klinik Kesihatan Ampang

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْم

 السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

So this morning, my brother received his result from the clinic and confirmed positive covid 19. So, my youngest brother me and my husband need to go for swab test today.

(sorry i need to cut all the personal details, just want to show you guys the result is positive)

So then, me and my husband went to Klinik Kesihatan Ampang. But when we arrived, they only gave us a number as an appointment, which we need to come back on 3pm later.

About our block management, they are very strict. Since we three need to go out for swab test just now, we need to inform them earlier, how many people want to go out and what time. Need to update them the details. One of their staff came to our door and escorted us to the lift. And no one are allowed to enter the lift while we using it, this to prevent the virus spread to others.

So we went back to the Klinik Kesihatan 3pm and registered as a closed contact of positive covid 19, they just made a simple test on us which to check our current condition and they gave another appointment for swab tomorrow at Klinik Kesihatan Batu 14, Hulu Langat. Its really complicated system but there is nothing we can do, just follow the flow.

So we need to go there tomorrow for swab test. My youngest brother has tested at private clinic under his company and will get the result by tomorrow too.

We still quarantine our self since we are closed contact to my brother. Unofficially the 2nd day for us. And i still have on-off fever also a bit flu today. So i suspect myself is positive covid 19.

Closed Contact

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْم

 السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

This morning one of my brother who stayed with me went for Covid 19 swab test. His RTK test result is positive, then he made second test PCR at the very same clinic. But the PCR result only will be released on the next day, meaning tomorrow 29th July 2021.

So we all (another 3 person in this house Me, My husband and my youngest brother) need to wait for his result before we all undergo the swab test.

FYI, me and my two brothers are working from home at this moment which Malaysia now is under MCO so we are probihited to go out for no important reason. We only go out for groceries shop and sometimes we drive thru for starbuck. Only my husband are working, and since his job in service field, so he need to go out. 

So we don't know how we caught the virus. On 27th July night (last night) me and my brother was not feeling well, we got fever a bit, on off. We got similar symptom. And he afraid, so he decided to go for swab test.

So we had informed our block management about it and we have been monitoring by them to not go out since this morning. Officially we are start our quarantine. So basically, its my 1st day of quarantine based on my brother swab test date. 

Our management start giving us few important contact numbers of groceries shops down stairs and few other convenience shops, so we can online and will be send to our door.

So i started buying some medicine such like Uphamol tablets, Coughing medicines, some herbs that can helps preventing the virus. Friends start to shares their home remedies once i told them about the situation.

I was shocked and i am sure we all do. So just wait for his result tomorrow guys. Send your du'aa for us all.

Bridgerton ; The Duke & I

 

It has been three months after the Bridgerton; The Duke & I was aired in Netflix series.

Which i'm a big fans. 

I love both versions, the Netflix and Book.

I will recommend to all of you to read the book. Because the book versions is more details and precisely defined.

Actually i was fall in love with the Netflix series which was aired on Dec 2020. I found it very fascinating love story and i wonder how is the story in the book was like. 

So i went to Kinokuniya Bookstore at KLCC last weekend and bought few books including this book.

It took me almost two weeks to finished it.

Review :

This book is about love between Simon and Daphne.

Which they both are come from noble family. In that era, marriage is not based on love but arrangement.

When they reach the right age to marry, they need to expose themself.

The gentlemen will court the ladies.

In the time they looking for the suitable partner, Daphne's brother are too picky and choosy that make things difficult.

And Daphne desperately want to be marry to someone right.

Her mother, she wanted her daughter to marry the person she in love with because her mother married to her father with love and her mother believe in "love" marriage.

At this point, Daphne and Simon was accidentally met and fall in love to each other.

But Simon not interested to get married due to his history with his father.

And the conflict begin.

The conflict is does not only before the wedding, but the marriage itself have a very big story that you guys need to dig in.
